INSURANCE

Commencing with performance of contractor’s services hereunder and continuing during the term of their agreement. Contractors will provide and maintain in full effective insurance policies for the following types:

WORKERS COMPENSATION

Workers compensation and employer liability insurance, which will comply with the statutory requirements of the States of MD, DC, VA, PA, NJ, NY and California.

COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY INSURANCE

Comprehensive general liability insurance, including property damage and automobile. Property damage coverage not less than $ 4,000,000 and $ 1,000,000 in relation to automobile liability. 

JANITORIAL BOND 

Janitorial Service bond including loss of money or other property real or personnel belonging, the amount of indemnity on each such employee being $50,000.00 

EMPLOYEE SELECTION:

COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS MAINTENANCE, INC. personnel are carefully selected. If the people fulfill all our requirements he or she will be hired after the following requirements:
